Located on the grounds of Kashi Church Foundation, Inc. on Roseland Road in Sebastian, By the River will offer unique life enhancing programs and in-home health services. Housed on over 5 acres of pine forest in proximity to the beautiful St. Sebastian River, the design of this center will ensure that every resident has access to the natural environment.
